Disneyland to Six Flags

I'm going to Disneyland for the first time since 1997 in about 3 weeks, i'm going to the 2 disney parks for two days, but then on either the saturday or sunday i will be there i would love to get a chance to go the six flags magic mountain. My mom said she would drive me up to six flags, but then i need to get back to our hotel, (the disneyland hotel) so i basically need a ride home from six flags back to the disneyland hotel late at night. If anyone would have any kind of tips, ideas, or know of a bus service, or anything that would get me back, i would be extremely grateful and you have my blessings. I'm a roller coaster enthusiest and since I don't get out to the west coast too much i do not want this oppertunity to slip through my hands. Thanks so much to anyone who helps.

Hello, I live right here in Santa Clarita Valley home of Six Flags and I'm an annual Passholder for Disneyland as well so I know the areas and wanted to let you know that you can take a taxi for a small fee to the Newhall or Saugus Metrolink Station(antelope valley line) or the Santa Clarita Transit(Bus). From either Newhall or Saugus the train takes you to Union Station where from their you'll get off and transfer to an alternate train(Orange County line). You can take the train directly to Anaheim and then take a taxi/shuttle back to your hotel. You can also just take a shuttle service(Super Shuttle & Primetime are 2 I know of) check with your hotel also to see if they offer anything...
