Quick question...at DW GM employees can go thru a back entrance to ride Test Track. Are there any perks at DL for GM employees?

Well lets make it 2 quick questions...

We are staying at the fairfield across the street from DL. How far a walk is it to DLH? Thinking of doing the brunch? Is it good?

Ok ok sorry just a lot of quick questions :lmao:

Is there a place to get Dole whips? Yummmmmmmmmm

1. Don't know, but have never heard of any perks for GM employees.

2. Never stayed at the Fairfield, but it is one of the closest hotels to the entrance esplanade (technically closer than DLH and PP, but not GC, I believe).

3. Dole Whip stand is right outside of the Tiki room. Not sure of what you are accustomed to at WDW, but the que for Dole Whips can get very lengthy at times.

It's about half of a mile (0.43) miles from the Fairfield Inn's lobby to the main entrance of DL. it's another half of a mile (0.47) to get from the main entrance to the DLH. So overall, it's about a mile to walk from the Fairfield Inn to the DLH assuming you go through DTD. It's a fairly nice walk, especially the part through DTD.

As the PP said, the only place to get Dole Whip is at the stand Tiki Juice Bar, which is attached to the waiting area for the Tiki Birds. It's at the entrance to Adventureland when approaching from Main Street. The line can get very long and can move very slowly, so keep that in mind (Aloha Isles seems to move much faster to me). Also it's worth noting that the Tiki Juice Bar usually doesn't open until a couple hours after the park opens.

Note though that the Dole Whip stand has two lines: one outside the Tiki Room lanai; and one on the Tiki Room lanai (you have to pass through the attraction's entrance turnstile to get to it.) The line on the linai is often shorter.

Thank you guys!

Well...I gotta another one if its ok?

We are starting out at DW then taking a Panama Canal cruise from Tampa which will drop us off at Long Beach Port. Are there any suggestions on a shuttle to DL?
