I rented a scooter from them last weekend from Thursday until Sunday and was very pleased. The unit was very well maintained, looked nice, had a bigger basket than I had previously seen on other rental units, and didn't have any annoying "squeaks" or "quirks"--I of course charged it every night, but even going back and forth from the parks to my hotel (Hojo) twice a day the power needle indicater barely dipped.
They took my credit card info over the phone and the scooter was waiting at Hojos when I arrived--I just left it at the bell desk when I checked out.
