I have tried to do a search for menus at restaurants for Disneyland but all I can come up with are ones that are from 2001 and 2002

Does anyone have any links to newer menus?

Your welcome. That's what these boards are for. I don't remember who, but someone from these disneyland boards directed me to it last year and it was very instrumental in planning our meals during our last few trips.
