Disneyland Resort Hotels promotions for 2012?

I am planning a March vacation for 2012 at the DLH, and I was just wondering:

- When does Disney usually announce their promotions for the upcoming year?
- Are there any rumors about Disneyland Resort's promotions that will happen for winter of next year (value season)?

They haven't even announced any promotions for this fall. For March, maybe around the end of the year/first of January.
