I think the sheer amount of time most people spend at a theme park like
Disneyland is one of the factors for the supposed distance restriction. Yes, people have traveled to DTD and other places, but do they stay 6+ hours there? Aren't they mostly self-contained within their own groups?
I wonder if there is a way to effectively form bubbles of guests and employees. That way, the risk of infection is limited to specific bubbles and contact tracing can be done, if needed.
