Why is there another list!?

They are changing the framework to make it easier to see where counties are at.

Purple being the worst. And from the brief glance of the image, seems Orange County is purple. I could be wrong though I was distracted when they showed the map.

OC is on the "purple" list which means the strictest restrictions.

Agree. And if I understand correctly, you can't move to a lower category until you've spent 21 days in your current category. And no 'skipping' categories.

Yep, Dr Ghali just said "You can expect to be in your current category for at least 3 weeks".

Has anyone watching heard them say anything about what will be allowed to reopen at the lower levels?

We are purple right now. But they are going to reasses all counties on Monday for initial color placement. That's what I understand.

Same here, we have a WDW trip booked for November. Gonna have to cancel our DL trip for the same time period.

Three weeks between tiers. Have to maintain the criteria for at least 2 weeks before you can move. Kind of confusing.
