I noticed with interest how the page that
Disneyland has dedicated to the reopening is QUITE vague about what measures, exactly, will be taken. I took that to mean that they may shift their requirements as things unfold in the next month. I won't be surprised to see the mask requirements modified to only include indoor spaces. It honestly seems like requiring them outdoors is really pointless. Since most rides at DL are outdoors, they can maintain the distancing and allow masks to be voluntary, and that would be safe.
The one thing that I take issue with is the "parking will be limited." Are they going to do that stupid thing they are doing at FL theme parks and Disney Springs/Citywalk where they park the cars in every other space? Because that is probably the most idiotic thing ever. Parking lots EVERYWHERE here are doing no such thing because it is not even remotely necessary. Disneyland has enough of a parking problem already. Further limiting it will just cause unnecessary headaches. How often are you face to face with the person who parks next to you in a parking lot? It's not like you can both exit your cars simultaneously anyway. One person always has to wait for the other to get out and walk away. Anyway, done with my rant.
