Hi. just got to disneyland today and got some help but was not the help i thought would help. any ideas would help.

I had a godson that would of today would been 5 years old. I plan to take him to disneyland for his 5th birthday and his first time. He grew up learning and loving disney movies. he love the disney princesses the most. He made them charms so he could hand them out to the princesses. Unfortunately march of last year he passed away. He was sick and was going home from the hospital. the hospital nurse made the grave mistake and gave him the wrong meds because she was not paying attention. costing him his life.

So, on this day i am here trying to make his dream come true. hopeful get a picture with each princess or a group photo with them.

So, on my first day i went to city hall and ask to speak to the person head of city hall and explain my situation. in hopes that they can helping me give princesses each their gift or get a group photo with them. But the boss there didnt really help and didnt seem like he cared. I know its a lot but a better explain of it would of help. All i got was "use the app. that your best bet"

so i was hoping that some disney people knew that to do or suggest a way to go.

thank you.

I don't honestly know, maybe you can try calling customer service? But if I were you I would just go to Disneyland myself and hand out the charms, maybe even attach a story to the charms telling why you're passing them out, so that way you don't have to hold up the line and also so the princesses know why they are receiving them. You can take a picture with each princess each time with the charm in hand. Maybe even make a tshirt with your godson on it?

Agree that your best plan would be to go to DLR yourself. The princesses can be found at PFF or at the character meal at Ariel's. At the character meal, the princesses would come to your table so you could get a photo with each of them. You might explain what you want to the CM at check in. Even if the group photo doesn't happen, you could still make a scrap book of the photos with each princess holding her charm.
