Roger, thanks for posting that. It will be gone by the time we go in June.

One of my weird shots. That's my oldest daughter riding Alice. Didn't realize how strange this looks to me now with the matterhorn in the background.

Oh no so sad! When did the wall go up? Our family loves the letters.

The letters are still there right now. I took pics of the same wall in September, just to give you an idea of when it was up. The funny part was that the walls were right in front of the letters so they were hidden.

I've heard that they are taking the letters down at some point and redoing the front entrance in a style that closely resembles Hollywood Studios at WDW. I personally don't like the idea or the concept art I've seen.

In the waiting area for Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln
"In 1932, George Lloyd of Belleville, New Jersey began carving this model of the United States Capitol Building. David Lynn, the Capitol architect at the time, provided Lloyd with numerous photographs, drawings and blueprints to insure accuracy. Carved in Caenstone from the Normandy region of France, the columns, pedestals, caps, cornices, pediment, carvings and dome of this model were done by hand, cut to the scale of 3/16 of an inch to a foot. Lloyd finished the monumental feat in 1935."
