Hi everyone! I just wanted to say how much I love everyone's photos. I went thru all 35 pages just now. I'm pretty sure I'm going for the first time this Christmas (visiting my best friend in Anaheim, trying to finalize plans), and will definitely share when I return! This just makes me even more excited to get out there - I want to leave now!!

The most typical DL shot for sure. This was on Nov. 9, 2008 at around 1:15pm.

Okay, So I was just trying to get a picture of the sign, and then the train was sitting there. I was already snapping pictures before I even realized that the nice conductor man was waving at me the whole time. Cast members are all so fabulous! That really defined how awesome they are to me - made a regular moment special by taking time to smile and wave for the camera.

^^^Wow Roger, where did you take that photo from? It looks like you were pretty high up.

I have been taking lessons from Danny. :rotfl2: It was from the Sun Wheel. Shooting through the screen was more of a challenge than I thought. Had the 18-105 on so next time I think it would be better if I used my 70-300.

While we are on the subject of Danny, I spent a good 10 mins searching for this picture to replicate his. Danny you must cover some serious ground looking for shots. Mine is not as good since I only had the Sig 30 on at the time.

So there actually may be a reason to ride that death wheel, eh? :scared1: Nice perspective!

Ahh, I see...I've only been on that sunwheel of death once...It wasn't too bad, until my son started rocking it!:scared1:
I think your photo is very nice. I like the bokeh.

Well, I'm betting my flower was dead by the time you took yours. It's good to know these two will live on in our photographs though!

I have taken the motion one before but I prefer the non-motion ride especially if taking pictures.

Tell me that's not from the Maliboomer! :sad2:

ETA.....Just read through your other post. Shew, I was about to really freak if you had taken that from the Maliboomer.

You have given me a great idea for practicing my panning technique. :rotfl2:

We are going to take an unanticipated quick trip tomorrow since the kids are out of school to check out the full Halloween decorations. Sorry all you can't join us.
