That's a great, fresh perspective of a familiar, often-photographed site!!! It is simple, yet has a lot of depth and personality to it!! Seeing it in close-up like that really makes me appreciate and notice the childlike way (mouselike way) in which Mickey is looking up at Walt. His eyes are full of wonder and joy - just like the guests who visit DLR! I LOVE that! Great job AS USUAL, Danny!!!!:thumbsup2

You know it's funny but I was moved by the same thought. Mickey does have a childlike look on his face.

It's great how we can see a familiar photographed location or subject from just a slightly different angle or vantage point and suddenly notice things we hadn't noticed before. Mickey's eyes look so expressive in the Partners statue in that photo, and as many times as I have seen Partners in my life, I don't think I ever realized what Mickey's eyes were like.

Thank you for all the nice comments. I'm glad you all get the same feeling as I do from that shot. Disney magic......:goodvibes

Ummmm...how can I post a photo? I tried to look in the FAQs but no luck!

Thanks,
Dianna

Do you have a Photobucket account (or Shutterfly, Webshots, Flick'r, etc.)? If you can load pictures to one of those image-hosting sites, then you would look for the IMG code underneath the photo, copy and paste the entire IMG code (don't omit anything) right here in your post! It's really easy! It used to be that you had to use the Insert Image link (the little yellow icon with the mountain), but I have not had to use that to post a picture in ages, so you can most likely bypass that.

Hi Sherry E!
Thanks for your very fast reply!
I have all my Disney pics on Shutterfly, but I don't know where to find the IMG code on them?
I'll keep trying!
Thanks!

Hmmmm.....I am not familiar with Shutterfly layout, as I have all my stuff on Photobucket so far. Somewhere on Shutterfly, there has to be an IMG code around or near each photo, because I know other posters here on DIS have Shutterfly accounts and post pictures. Photobucket actually has 4 codes for each picture, and the IMG code is the last one listed. Do you see anything resembling codes of any kind when you open up your Shutterfly photos?

Oh well, if you can't get Shutterfly to cooperate, you can always open up a Photobucket account and use their codes!!

When I 'right-click' on my photos in Shutterfly, a toolbar with the option of Properties comes up. When I clicked on 'properties', there was the IMG code!
Yay! More pics to come in the future!:cheer2:
