That's so funny! Is the lighting there specifically to light up the goat or is it lighting from something else?

Okay, photographically, great shot!

Now, on a different note, am I the only one that thinks Tink looks a bit possessed in that shot?!!? She sort of gives me the creeps in that picture for some reason! I think it's the eyes.

I agree, Dreams! It's her eyes. They look ginormous. I think they made them bigger so you could see them from far? Who knows but her eyes do look a little loopy.

All valiant guesses. However, this should clear things up for you.:artist:

After some photo editing, I can see the Goats Head. Now this is the PROOF that I need to get a better camera before I visit Disneyland again. I have a point and shoot camera but when I can't tell the difference between a goats head and the materhorn...well...:rolleyes1 ....:rotfl2:

I know what you mean. All my shots have been with point and shoots. I just got my wife a SLR. I wish I could go back tonight. Till then on with the ordinary.

I know I've posted this one before but I don't think too recently.......

I haven't posted on this thread (maybe someday), but I just wanted to say how much everyone's pictures have helped me get through a really difficult couple of weeks. I won't go into details, but my father passed away this morning. It is amazing how uplifting DLR pictures can be. Thank you so much for such wonderful art!

I am SO sorry to hear that about your dad, Canyon girl. That is just awful. Words can't even express...but I am sure many of us on this board have gone through the same thing, or very similar things, and can empathize. I don't even know how you can manage to post on this thread right now, but I am sure I can speak for everyone when I say that I am so glad you did! If I recall, you were making a PhotoPass photo book for your dad, correct? Was he able to see it? I hope so. Pictures and memories are the best gifts ever, and I imagine your dad would have been thrilled.

I'm so sorry to hear that, condolences to you and your family. I know its hard right now, and a little uplifting is probably what you really need. I'm glad you're going on the DIS to find some of that. Take your time to heal because I know it won't be automatically right away. I am thinking of you and you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Well whatever your point and shoot is, it's done a very good job IMO!!! Do tell!!!

Same question here for you too. What kind of point and shoot do you have? Seems like a pretty nice one!!!! All of your pictures are fantastic!

I had to come back and edit, cuz this picture that I quoted on, is not quite your normal quality that I was thinking of!! And if someone new were to come on this thread, I'd hate for them to think this was your best. :rolleyes1

Yikes.............I'm I digging myself a grave here. Maybe I need to start all over again.

:grouphug: I am so verry sorry to hear of your loss. It's devastating to lose a loved one, but there's something even more devastating when you lose a parent. Take care and God Bless. Things will get better in time. Your dad's spirit will always be a part of you, and he will live on through you.:grouphug: I;m kind of going through a similar situation w/ my elderly grandmother who is not doing very well. Anytime you need to talk let us know:grouphug:

 Sorry to hear about your Dad. Glad that photos here have helped during this tough time. Take so time for yourself.

Canyon girl,

I am sorry for your loss. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and in my prayers.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! DisneySuiteFreak, I feel your pain and pray for the best. I really didn't mean to hijack the thread. I just wanted you all to know how much these pictures mean! I consider this my home away from home!

I don't think you've hijacked the thread at all. Disneyland contains many very special family memories for many, it not all, of us, and I'm glad that you were able to find some comfort in the midst of a very challenging time in your life. God bless you and your family in this time.
