disneyland photopass share?

I'm interested in Photopass but not sure if I want to spend that much money on it, I'm trying to do a budget trip. I see that there are Photopass shares for WDW, but what about DL Photopass shares?

You can share a photopass with people going to WDW. I am in one for May. everyone but me is going to WDW. I think I found the info on the budget board.

What? Please explain - photopass was free last time we went and then you could just decide on the photos you wanted or didn't want. What changes have been made and why would you need to share? Thanks!

There's a Photopass cd you can purchase for 99 dollars with all your pictures on it. That's what I was asking about. On the budget board groups split the cost and share the CD.

Getting the pictures taken is free, it's purchasing them afterwards. You can take the card(s) home and open an account and all your card(s) pictures will be there. You can crop them, add borders and other things to your pictures. Then you can purchase individual pictures or purchase the entire CD. If you pre-purchase the CD before you go to the park, it's $99.95, and you can still edit the pictures before having it sent. If you wait until you get home to purchase the CD, it's $129.95.
