The root of my pet peeve is the "Light Up Bubble Blower", it's a small plastic gun that blows bubbles at a rapid rate. Innocent you might think, but it's anything but. I got bubbles on my glasses, on my camera lens while I was trying to take pics many times. While the kids love them, I've told DH that when we go to DL in Feb, if he buys one that I'd shoot him first and explain why afterwards.

ARRRRRRRRGGHH i feel ur pain. i hate those too! they are cute.. in the package.. but not when the kid is spraying it in your face, adn the bubbles land in your wine ....yep.. not fun
I have 2 of my all time pet peeves 1: Strollers, never noticed how annoying they were until my visit during peak crowd times in Oct. First off the parents parked them any where they darn well pleased, and when it rained they had a tendancy to park them infront of store enterances, where CM's ask them to move them. I tripped over them by accident a couple of times. 2: is something that you wouldn't normally consider evil until they start to annoy you on a constant basis. Yes, but you are talking about one or perhaps 2 children in a car blowing bubbles, which I wouldn't mind normally. But what I'm talking about is alot of kids blowing them as well as CM's who seem to love the darn things and when you are talking about a large amount of bubbles being blown at once, it can be really, really annoying, especially when you get them on your clothing, eye glasses, camera, etc. When the crowds are heavy, you can't avoid getting hit by the darn things and you can't escape them either. I even have a large bubble blower at home that I do bring out on occassion, but only bring it out on special occassions.
I'm sorry it bursts your bubble. But I see that as more to pop.
