disneyland paris tickets problem

hey all,

was wondering if you could help me?

I have a francilien pass for DLP - its the 300 day pass. a whole section of october (22-4th nov) is blacked out as restriction.

some friends visited between those days and we went on the 28th.. knowing that i couldnt use my pass, i bought a ticket.

when i got home i found in my email a message from disney which said that restriction days 27-30th oct had been lifted and thati could used my annual pass.

i still have the ticket i bought and used

do you think id be able to get a refund?

I think its worth a try - contact DLP and explain whats happened .

I might try and pop to disney tomorrow or weds to see if they can refund :// i really hope so!!!
