They did a concert there so it's showing lots of Disneyland in the intro segments!

By the looks of it they all got to stay in DLH.

:) Jack and I got very excited at the DLH beds. Lol.

We miss those beds!

We saw them in the park a few times, at POTC and on BTM. Not sure where they played but it must have been near the DLH as there was a big queue snaking round the building when we got 'home' on that night. My claim to fame is that I was walking down the DLH staircase at the same time as James Arthur. Not that I noticed him because I was too busy making sure my DD didn't fall down the steps! :rotfl:

watching it now after i swearing i wasnt going to.
The stage at dlp looked sooo magical:goodvibes as for the dlh the luckey duckies, really makes me wanna stay there.

it so wrong that I'm watching it just for the glimpses of disney. And I'm on expedia looking at prices ... I need to see Christmas ...

We were gonna go watch the show but the little one fell asleep at 7 after a long commute so didn't feel we could take her out into the cold to see people we didn't know as neither of us watch it!

Anyone noticed that they're obviously not allowed to say the word "Disneyland" and keep saying "we went to France" "performing in Paris was amazing" "I loved the Theme Park"

Weird.

You'd think the whole point of the thing was to promote DLRP.

Do you think that is what it was as I certainly heard, think it was Union J? say it at the beginning. But then yes, it wasn't really mentioned again - odd. It's not like it's BBC where they don't advertise and aren't allowed to due to licence fees.

I wondered if the judges went but it appears not, although Caroline was there not sure about Olly.

I was quite surprised to see they were staying in the DLH - no expense spared then but perhaps their accom was in with the whole performance fee thing. Clearly someone has contacts somewhere :thumbsup2.

Did I not read that the show was only for staff & families, not general public? :confused3

Had to laugh at Rylan and the babies - I think he'd be the last person I'd fling my baby onto :lmao:.

Glad they all embraced the theme with their Mickey ears/ear muffs/gloves etc ;).

I wonder if maybe they charged DLRP by the airtime/wording per 'advert' and DLRP only paid once for the use of the word "Disneyland" lol

The show was at 9pm on Tuesday night on the castle stage and all Disney hotel guests were invited, there were flyers in the resort lobbies :)

I'd given up watching this, but have recorded it so that I can zap through everything but the DLP bits! I got an email from Disney today advertising this.

I am not a fan of the xfactor but the rest of the party were thrilled that they got to see them and get photographed with the contestants.
It was our departure day and the family sent ages watching tonight's show to spot if any were in the clips :)

Cool - I read on twitter that it was just CMs and families so it is good to read it was open to all guests - although I would have thought some weren't interested.

It gives DLRP some publicity doesn't it ;).

Just watching now, great publicity for DLP, the park and DLH looked fantastic. It's got me pondering a return to DLP next year though, oops! ;)

Under the undue prominence rules they wouldn't have been allowed to have too many mentions of Disney as it would be classed as advertising. The park looked great and every time there was a clip showing my youngest (4) screamed we went on that bus/ saw that ride / did that!

I'm visiting my parents at the moment and we watched the recording yesterday with my younger sister. Everyone glared at me enviously whenever they played the DLP footage (three weeks today until DFi and I are there!). The park looked perfect!

The park looked amazing. Someone def has contacts there, the lucky ducks.

I didn't bother going to this, Disney has lots of X Factor style in house talent shows and stuff through the year so assumed it was that! Haha oops! Wreck it Ralph premiere however....place secured :cool1:
