Disneyland Paris MEP as resort guest?

Hi! My family and I will be staying at Newport Bay Club (on-property) at Disneyland Paris for a few days in April. I understand that we have to go to a Guest Relations window each day of our visit to make a MEP park reservation, but will Guest Relations open early enough for us to do so prior to early entry for hotel guests (8:30-9:30, parks open at 9:30)? Has anybody done this before and have any insight to share? Thanks.

We went and had a great trip. Parking this for future reference for whoever needs it: the Guest Relations windows opened an hour before the park. One morning they were short staffed and the Disneyland windows were roped off, but I asked a CM and they guided me past the ropes to a window.
