Disneyland Paris Magical Shuttle Question

I booked a package for August at Disneyland Paris and paid for a shuttle transfer from CDG to Marvel Hotel. I've paid in full and the PDF states I'll need to scan my QR code when I arrive at the shuttle bus service. When/where do I actually get this QR code? Does DLP mail you anything if you live in the United States?

Disneyland Paris doesn't send anything by mail anymore even if you live in Europe - everything I've received for my past 5-6 trips has been sent by e-mail or downloadable from their website. You say that you've already paid in full, which is normally the trigger for any vouchers for transport or meals to be sent out, so I'm surprised that you haven't got anything yet.

May be worth signing in to your booking on the DLP website to see if there's anything there that looks like it might be a download link for a QR code? Other than that, next step will be to send a message to customer support to ask them.

I read through the entire FAQ and it says 2 to 4 weeks before your trip you will get your travel documents. I'm going to wait till mid July before I reach out to customer service. I'd love to avoid an international phone call... Do they have chat online? Also being in the US business hours are over early in the day for me.

I believe that you can ring WDW Customer Services and ask to be put through to Paris and that way you’ll not have to pay international rates. Certainly people on the DLP section of these forums have done that before with reasonable success.
