Disneyland Paris Direct, are they ok?

Has anyone booked with www.disneylandparisdirect.com before? how was your experience with them, booking and paying etc?
Ive always booked with DLP themselves but this direct, is working out a bit cheaper for the cheyanne

Used them 4 times now, never had an issue. Payment always been fine and hassle free. Just print off email booking and hand over at reception on arrival.

I actually really like disneylandparisdirect, I booked my last trip with them and they were great!

They sometimes have some great deals!

Out latest booking is with them NEVER again! We booked the Cheyenne. They took our deposit. However, later, they told us the rate wasn't available and they tried to double the price! We complained (remember they had our deposit) and we were upgraded to the Sequoia. Sounds great, but it was a week of heartbreak thinking we were going to let a lot of people down (we have a family with a child with disabilities coming with us) and numerous emails sent and never acknowledged, plus endless phonecalls. We ended up being in a different hotel away from our friends and had to explain it to her. Luckily, with four weeks to go, she explained to a Disney agent the predicament and they've now bumped her too.
Next time I'll book direct with Disney themselves. We very rarely stay insite, and nearly didn't again!

Jesus Lisa thats some disaster.
Thankfully you got it sorted out.
I had a little blip with my Nov booking with them (slight price increase when they went to book it with DLP but nothing to stop me booking) but I can't fault their customer service, they rang 1st thing the following morning, and have had prompt responses every time I've emailed them. They did make a clerical error when I changed the booking to an earlier date but they took the hit on any change of booking cost naturally as it was their fault.

Ruth, dont worry, we'll be grand We can link our bookings in a few months and make requests for blocks closer to the time. I'll dig our a map and FB it to you. X
