Out latest booking is with them NEVER again! We booked the Cheyenne. They took our deposit. However, later, they told us the rate wasn't available and they tried to double the price! We complained (remember they had our deposit) and we were upgraded to the Sequoia. Sounds great, but it was a week of heartbreak thinking we were going to let a lot of people down (we have a family with a child with disabilities coming with us) and numerous emails sent and never acknowledged, plus endless phonecalls. We ended up being in a different hotel away from our friends and had to explain it to her. Luckily, with four weeks to go, she explained to a Disney agent the predicament and they've now bumped her too.
Next time I'll book direct with Disney themselves. We very rarely stay insite, and nearly didn't again!
