Disneyland Parade Mon 8/21

My brother and his family were chosen to be the Grand Marshalls at the Disneyland parade on Monday 8/21. If anyone happens to have pictures of the parade that day, please pm me. Thanks!!

Didn't get any pictures but we were there that day and wondered how the Grand Marshalls get chosen. Were they the ones from Pennsylvania or somewhere?

That's them! The McDade family from Pennsylvania!! He'll be thrilled to know someone can vouch for them.
I don't know all the details yet. We've been playing cell phone tag. My family was at WDW and his was at DL. His message on my cell phone was "We're at Disneyland and we're the Grand Marshalls. HA, ha!" then you could hear them crack up laughing!

My guess: a family of 4, a boy and girl--all American looking. Plus my brother is over the top hyper in the "hey gang, are we having fun" manner.

If I get any scoop, I'll post it!

I don't remember what they looked like or anything, but I do remember the name and state. Sorry I couldn't help with pictures.

man thats so not fair...I cant help it that Im not married anymore and dont have but more than one child sheesh..I want to be Grand Marshal ok ok im over my fit

I finally talked to him. He said they entered the park right after opening and were joking around, having fun with each other. A CM in dress clothes approached them and asked if they'd be interested in participating.

They had to sign waivers (liability stuff I guess) they rode in the Fire Truck ( I think-it's my brother-I only half listen!) Afterwards they had a reserved section to watch the rest of the parade.

He said it was really cool!

Hey I saw them in the parade too!!! I was waiting for son and husband to come out of It's a Small World. But no pictures.... How exciting for your brother!!
