Disneyland Monopoly? Can you purchase this?

Hi I have heard that you can buy a disney monopoly in the disneyland or DCA parks. What I would like to know is this based on the actual disneyland park as I thought if this is so it would be neat to get as a souvneir that we can all sit around and remember our trip and discuss the different lands and rides for years to come or is this just disney character based and movie monopoly?

I see on the internet there is a disney character based monopoly board but it would be really cool if you can get a special one from the parks about the parks. I don't want to spend all my time searching if there is no such thing. Thank you for your feedback.

Just know that the Monopoly game is based on all of the Disney theme parks, not just DL/DCA. My personal fave is POTC Life--I can spend quite a while just looking at the game board--has lots of Disney theme park/cruise line/movie related places on it.

I bought my Disney Monopoly at Target for around $20, so you might want to check out some local stores. It is around $30 in the park I believe, and I saw it at the Disney store in DTD.

Wait. Are you talking about Disney Monopoly or DisneyLAND monopoly? We have just Disney, and I bought it at a regular store, but the DL is different.

My version is called "The Disney Edition". The games available in the online stores are "The Theme Park Edition". I don't know about the Disneyland edition, I didn't see it in the stores when I was last at DL.

I think what's being referred to is the Theme Park edition and it's only available at the parks/WOD in either DLR or WDW (prob DLP and TDL too). I think it's $40 actually, unless they've raised the prices. POTC Life was $50. Also there's HM Clue. Both of those are also only available at the parks/WOD.

We have the Disney monopoly and the Theme park edition. We love the theme park edition! It's so awesome!!! As far as I know the theme park edition is only at the parks.

We also have the Disneyland version of Candyland and the Haunted Mansion Clue, which we bought at the parks, thinking they were only available at the parks too.But i just saw Haunted Mansion Clue at Toys R Us around Easter when we got Shawn the Magic Kingdom board game, which is totally adorable btw. They also had a Disney Guess Who!! Totally cute!

Thanks for the bump, I had not heard of these games before but since our trip is our christmas this year it would be fun to have one of these under the tree. Jan
