Disneyland merchandise-50th anniversary merchandise

With Disneyland's history, I have a merchandise question: when Disneyland had its 50th anniversary in 2005, I bought a 50th anniversary collector plate. The plate was lined with "Happier Moments" on the outer edge, and had a 50th anniversary plate stand with the characters on it.

The plate got broken and I have not been able to find an exact match online, especially through EBay.

Does anyone have a plate like this? Would anyone know where I can find one?

Have you tried contacting Disneyana (DISNEYANA FAN CLUB | PRESERVING THE LEGACY OF WALT ...disneyanafanclub.org/)? Someone there might be familiar with the plate you are seeking. (And if you could post a photo, that might help here -- a visual might jog someone's memory.)
