Disneyland Leap Day Meet? Feb. 29

I'm heading down for the Leap Day 24 hour celebration, but I haven't seen anything about a meet on the sticky thread yet.

I was thinking for those who are braving the entire 24 hours in Disneyland, that a late-night pep talk from fellow DISers may be needed - maybe at midnight or so? I know I'm going to need help to stay awake! I'm heading down late Monday night the 27th, and flying out Thursday morning the 1st - let me know if you'd be interested in a meetup!

Looks like there's some interest in possibly a multi-part meet, one to start the mega-day, another one mid-day to check in, and another one in the middle of the night, if only to keep each other awake!

Ok, looks like Carnation Gardens will be our central spot for meetups - maybe catch a nap, share some energy drinks, etc.

I have a Google Voice number that I use to text peeps both in and out of the park - if you want to ask a question, meet up for a ride, need help finding something, let me know!

I'll be there heading down on the 28th. I plan to start my day at DCA when it opens and then head over to DL until 6am when I head to the airport to go back home.

I will be there with my son but we bought our tickets on Cyber Monday so didn't know it was going to be a special day. We fly in that day aroun 1pm and will check in to our hotel and head into the parks. A late night meet would be fun!

Another website is reporting that Fantasmic! will return from it's rehab a few days early at 1am on Leap Day (or is it the day after Leap Day by then).

Read that too! And Al is usually quite reliable about this kind of stuff. So excited! Also fireworks, lots of characters throughout the night/morning, and special merchandise (I will need the t shirt saying I survived the entire 24 hours) Add this to the list of restaurants Disney has released will be open until the wee hours and we finally have a party! Can't wait to eat Mickey Mouse pancakes at the Riverbelle Terrace at 4am on the 1st! Just three weeks to go!!!

If you call Disney Dining they can give you the closing time of all the food locations that day. Someone posted a list on another board and I asked to confirm when I called for my Blue Bayou ressie. Here is the list I found:

Plaza Inn to 2am
Little Red Corn Dog cart to 3am
The Bengal BBQ to 3am
The French Market to be open until 3:30am
River Belle Terrace to 5am
Golden Horseshoe to 5am
Village Haus to 5:30am
Jolly Holiday Bakery and Cafe to 6am
Tomorrowland Terrance to 6am

Is there a preferred meet place? I know Reddit is having a meetup at the flagpole, but I was thinking maybe more of a centralized location, like the Partners statue or the Tiki Room (hey, maybe a good place to catch a rest!).

I wonder if Fastpass will be running all night? This will be my last trip before the change to Fastpass, so I want to make sure to use it to the fullest!
