Disneyland Kid's Discount 2005

I found this advertized on this website, but cannot find it anywhere linked to the Disneyland website so that I might purchase the tickets without going through the travel agency. Does anyone know where I might be able to find more information?

As far as I know you can only get that through a travel agency.

In the quote email I got from the travel agency it says DISNEY is running a promotion and described what is above that is why I am wondering if I can book it directly myself since the travel agency seems to be coming back with hotel prices being more than What I have found.
