Disneyland Itinerary

Hello

We will be going to both the Disneyland and California Adventure parks in the same day. Does anyone have a good itinerary of getting the best out of the parks in only one day? We're more of the thrill-seeker type, so we won't be going to any kiddie rides. What are the best rides, and which park should we go to first?
