Disneyland in the rain

I've been to Disney World many times in the warm weather when it pours, and we just go about our day doing the parks.

I'm set to go to Disneyland tomorrow and they are forecasting 70% chance of rain. Do we grab our ponchos and go, or is Disneyland hard to tour in the rain?

Thanks!

For us, it's definitely a grab the rain ponchos and go kind of situation when we hear about rain in the forecast of an already planned trip. :) Have a great trip!

We always tour in the rain. There are a few rides (outdoor ones) that will close in the rain but open up when it dries off. Typically the crowd levels get lower in the rain as well.

We did it in the rain last Monday. It is still as magical. Put on the ponchos and go.

Take your ponchos and do it. Good thing about threat of rain-it will keep the locals away. When I was younger we used to go to DL specifically in the rain knowing there would be less crowds.

Unlike WDW though it will be cold. Not the warm, humid rain you get in FL. Right now it looks like the rain is predicted to end around noon. The high is only predicted to hit 62.

Dress warmly and if you are going to be wearing socks-bring a spare pair!

Watertight shoes are ideal but be very careful when you walk--Disneyland gets very slippery in places (like the floral entrance, the store by It's a Small World, the floors going into Space Mountain, to name a few). If you have shoes with good traction those would be great to wear. Whether you do or don't, just be careful and you'll be fine.

Besides that (and, you know, getting wet), it's great in the rain. Have a great time!
