Hello! I want to celebrate my 30th birthday in Disneyland next June! DL is offering free admission for your birthday with some other benefits like free ride passes! We would be there from Mon, 6/8-Fri, 6/12. How crowded to you think it will be and what will the weather be like. I will be traveling with my dh, ds5 and ds2. If it is not a good time I can always go right before my 30th but for some reason I wanted to go on my actual b-day:)

We were there at that time this year and the crowds were managable. The weekends were busy as usual but during the week was fine. There were lots of school groups there and Grad Nights were going on but other than that, it was ok.
Get to the park early, take advantage of MM and use FP as much as possible.
We are going a bit earlier next year but are anticipating the same crowds.

Shouldn't be too bad, we usually love that time of year. Last year it was a bit more crowded in early June then I had expected. Were going to try May instead next year in hopes of avoiding that. You will have Grad Nights going during that time. It won't effect the crowds during the day, but the parks do close quite early on those nights and that does stink.

Ditto what others said about crowds. Regarding weather-usually early June has June gloom. But you can't depend on it. Sometimes we get hot days in early June (This May 15th was the hottest day we had in Nearby Inland Empire just outside of O.C.-reached 103 that day-my DD was having a softball tournament :sunny:) anyway, while it can be warm or possibly hot in the day, the nights are cool. Usually damp as well. For me, it's long sleeves and pants, even a sweatshirt at night. HTH.

Shouldn't be too bad of a time. Also, keep in mind that if you want one of the birthday incentives (either free admission, free family fastpass good for 4 rides or free birthday gift card valued at $66--choose one of the above) you must be there on your actual birthday.

We have always avoided June dreading the heat and summer crowds. We finally broke down and went the second week of June - and really enjoyed it! I think a lot of schools stay in session through the second week. We went in mentally preparing ourselves for crowds and how to manage with that (early starts, mid-day breaks, etc.), but it was much lighter than we thought it would be. It was still best to start our day at gate opening but we stayed in the parks all day. I returned mid-July and found it a LOT busier and hotter. We liked the second week of June so much, we're going to go again that same week you're considering.

Ive been there at that time in June for the last few years and its manageable but its still quite busy. I find that Mondays are busier then Sundays for some reason. The perk about that time of year is that the weather is gorgeous and the park hours are longer.
