Disneyland in 09 or wait til GCV opens

To start, I am a DVC member but I have no intention of adding on points for GCV. I've always planned on going to Disneyland and staying at the Disneyland hotel on points. My concern is that once the GCV opens, they will increase the point requirement on the regular rooms. I did plan on going to California in 2010, want to try DCL first, but now I wonder if I should reorganize my vacations. I would love to stay at the GCV if they have availability, yeah, like that's going to happen at any brand new resort, let alone the first one at Disneyland. Any thoughts on this one?

I'd go in '09 if I could because yea points will probably go up at the other locations just like WDW when the dvc starts taking ressies.
