Disneyland Hotel vs Paradise Pier Hotel

would appreciate input from guests at DH. I have previously stayed at PPH and was happy with the cleanliness of the room. Are all DH rooms now re-furbished? I remember reading about peeling wallpaper, etc at DH.

Hi, I stayed at the DL hotel in August. I thought the room I was in looked great! I am not sure if the DLH has been refurbished. I thought that it was clean and there was no peeling wallpaper. It was just me and DD in the room and I felt safe. She loved the Princess Storytime on the television. The pool was fun and the grounds are beautiful!

I hope to stay there again in the future.

I just returned from a week at DL Hotel. The rooms were fine, no peeling wallpaper. Rooms were very clean. Housekeeping not a problem. I think they may still be updating the hotel but I couldn't tell. It didn't seem noisy to me. I stayed in the Dreams tower in 2153 & 2352. Both were very nice rooms.

I enjoyed staying at DL Hotel more than PP b/c of the closeness to the monorail & DTD.

I just returned from a week over new years and had a great stay at DLH. We were in room 2901, top floor of the magic tower, and it was a nice room, although i bet it was on the small side because it was the very end of the hall and the stairwell took up some of our space. Everything about the room though was in great shape. We visited PP as well to walk around, and based on what I saw, I would choose DLH over PP any day....
