I am going to be booking at the DLH for a trip in August soon. I've never stayed at the DLH so this is all new to me. I know there will most likely be construction going on in DtD during the summer, and I'm prepared for that, but I'd prefer to not have a straight on view of the construction. It'll just be DH and I and we would prefer a King bed (I know this is never a guarantee, only a request).
Is there a room category I can book that will give me a higher chance of getting a King room?
Also, what is the difference between "Deluxe" and "Premium"? Looks like both room types show "Views of pool" on the Disney website. Is the "Premium" just a higher floor? I was thinking a pool view would be the best bet of not looking out the window at construction.
I was thinking of doing a club level room, but since it'll just be the two of us, I think I could use that extra money toward room service for breakfast and fun drinks at Trader Sams. It'll be a short trip, so I don't want to feel obligated to make it to the lounge during the specified times. Anyone disagree and think the club level is really worth it?
Thanks all, I know that was a lot of questions!
