Traveling to Disneyland with my husband and 4 year old at the beginning of Feburary. I'm overwhelmed by the amount of information on lodging! I've narrowed down our choices to DLH or CCI. The price difference is only $50 at this point...kind of a wash.

Any thoughts on this?

And, what about booking the CCI, I've only seen booking available on their site.

Greatly appreciate any advice!

I'd probably do DLH if it's really only a $50 difference too, but note there are some "hidden" charges. You'll have the $12 per night resort fee, plus tax, so that's $14 a night. Plus at DLH you'll need to add the cost of breakfast, whereas at CCI it's free.

For a $50 difference, yup, I'd be all over that DLH!!!!

Well for me this would be a no-brainer and hands down DLH.
When the price is that close it is well worth it to spend the extra 50 to be put right into the middle of the magic for your entire stay.
You will love it, however I warn you that once you stay onsite you will find it very difficult in the future to stay offsite.....or at least that is how it worked out for us.
Enjoy your trip and have a great time :thumbsup2 and if you choose the DLH you will not be sorry that you spent that extra 50.

We've stayed at CCI and thought it was fine, (maybe the nicest of the motel type properties close by) but for only $50 I would totally go with DLH. I also like the more secure feeling of a hotel with interior corridors. Your 4 year old will love the pool at the DLH.

As for booking the CCI, I'm pretty sure you can only do that directly with them. They don't participate on any other sites like Travelocity or Expedia.

Thanks everyone! I haven't been to DL in years and this is a special bday trip for my daughter before her 2nd sibling comes along. Of course we will consider the extra cost of having to eat breakfast at DL. I was just suprised at the cost of the CCI v. DLH. Not a big enough difference to NOT experience the DLH.

Thanks again!

It's not always like that, so you're very lucky! DLH is about $125 more a night during my March trip, or else I'd stay there in a heartbeat!
