Disneyland Hotel here we come!!!

We are actually staying in the gorgeous pink hotel 3-7th Feb next year: I am beyond excited!!!
Any tips for me?!!

Congrats - you will love it. My tip is speak to the concierge desk, even if you think you don't need to. I didn't and we didn't know about DOTS even though we were staying in the hotel.

Nobody told us.

I now know that is because I didn't ask.

Don't blindly believe the signage and maps. We stayed in building 3, and there is no indication of a direct exit to the park, but there is one on the ground floor. If I'd found out earlier, I would have saved 5 minutes walking to and from the hotel's main entrance every day.

The DLH is amazing. I have stayed there once and would stay there again if it wasn't so expensive. A lovely hotel with the perfect location!

What are DOTS?!!!!

DOTS means Descent Of The Stairs.
It's a small show on the stairs in the lobby, of about 2 minutes with characters.
Afterwards the characters come down and do meet and greet.
A great opportunity to meet multiple characters at once.

However just like all characters, the DOTS is also disappearing in about a month.
So unfortunately during your stay you won't be able to see this.

The rooms have Nespresso machines! And a dvd player. So handy! We are going to bring a couple of Christmas dvds for our monkeys when we go next month. The pancakes at breakfast are also a lovely addition
