I am paying $1915.oo USD for a CC room. PKg doesn't even say if we get FP or not!! Made ressie with DLP direct - cost me $90 telephone call (wait time); cld today because we do not have a castle view room which I requested - recording said message allowance 'FULL call again tomorrow" then cut me off!!!! Cld bk to GS for CC and was basically told the same thing. Guess I will have another $90 phone call tomorrow plus todays 2 telephone calls !! Tried with 407-WDW-DISNEY but they said couldn't help me nor could they take the deposit that I owe!!! VERY frustrating!! WHERE/WHO do I call to (1) pay up (2) get room I thought we were having (3) find out abt Fast Passes.

Disneyland Paris is set up through a different management company hence you need to deal direct with DLP or travel agent if your booking was made there. WDW will not be able to help as you have found out.

Shame about your room which can never be guaranteed. Best strategy is to call/email about 2/3 days before you are due to arrive and request room. You may be lucky :)
Have a look on the useful info thread as there are all the contact details there.
Good luck

Does anyone know the email addresses or fax numbers for the hotels - I see the phone numbers are on the FAQ sticky

Cheers

Andy - to fax the hotels you just change the last 00 of the phone numbers to 33 :) I'm afraid I don't know the individual email addresses - so if anyone one does, it would be useful to add to the sticky.

ppiew - could you fax a letter to DLP bookings, or even the DLH hotel to ask them your questions?

Hi ppiew,
First off, with all the calls you'll be making to Europe you need to get an international rate plan. I have AT&T/Southwestern Bell and for $2.99 a month I pay 7cents a minute rather than $1.99 a minute that it would have been had I not signed up. Once we return I have the option to take it off of my phone. I can take it off and on as much as I need, no subscriber fee (so I've been told).
As far as Disneyland- At night when they are out of the office you will go to the voice mail system like you described and for the last two months the mailbox has been full... I feel sorry for the poor chaps that left a message there... good grief!
Remember that the best time to call is OUR early morning. They are 7 hours ahead of us, so if you want to get ahold of them first thing when they get in (8am I believe) you have to call at 1am. Usually there is no wait time that early in the morning either, but by 9-10am (central time) I have had to wait 10 minutes or better.
Good luck! I totally feel your pain! I messed up our tickets (my fault entirely) but I had to make several calls to get it straightened out. Trying to time my sleep with France's business hours is rough.

Thanks Bexx - obviously wasn't reading properly, just noticed that info was on the sticky all along.
