Disneyland hotel castle club

If you have booked the DLH on an offer then the difference is usually quite big as you can't get Castle Club on offer so you have to pay full price. I have never stayed in Castle Club and have only stayed in DLH when I got 50% off so don't know the difference

Hi,
We paid £1600 for 1 night last August for 3 adults (1 of which was 12) and 1 child - a bit of an "ouch" but I justified it to myself (and DH!) on the grounds that having changed job I didn't have enough leave to take for more than 1 night at a Disney hotel - we stayed at the Elysee the night before and the Kyriad the night after to maximise our park time, and at the time I think I averaged it out to a bit more than staying all 3 nights at the New York, but we wouldn't have had more than an hour or 2 on arrival or departure day if we had done that. With the benefit of the VIP fastpass, how close the hotel is to the parks, and the time saved meeting characters in the lounge instead of queueing in the parks we got as much done in those 2 days as we have in the past in 4 days. So, if you are very short on time, or you want a bit of a special occasion splurge, it is a fab experience.
