Packing is the wooooorst. Trying to keeping it to a carry on but I want to bring my whole closet.

My mom is checking a bag so that we can bring food so I'm just gonna throw all my stuff in her bag.

I'm checking a bag to get the yoga mat home, so I'm bringing extra gear anyway. I plan on buying most of my toiletries since there's a Walgreens/CVS on Katella, plus a convenience store next to my hotel. I'm bringing some stuff in my checked bag, but I'll get shampoo/conditioner/body wash there.

Unless she's on a special diet, there's a CVS at Harbor and Katella that's practically a grocery store. You could also have instacart deliver groceries. It's not like the WDW bubble, so if she doesn't want to pack food, there are plenty of options to get basics there.

It’s well lit enough along the course and you might end up catching sunrise within the parks depending on your start time. Here’s a photo from 2017 as a teaser for what to expect:

How are my c2c Dopey to Dumbos doing recovery the next few days?

I got a massage this morning. Park walking and I’m running a couple miles today and tomorrow.

I don't know if anyone stopped since they were having a sewage problem. "What an incredible smell you've discovered."

OMG I couldn’t remember what race that was. Oh that was stinky.

I head out tomorrow morning to DL. The plane groundings and weather has been a bit chaotic the last couple days. In addition to the snow today we were at one point forecasted to get over 8” Friday. Which is when my family is supposed to fly out to meet me. So we were trying to find alternative options. Pretty limited since it’s a small regional airport so we are rolling the dice. The snow forcast has since dissolved for now. Hoping it all goes smoothly. My kids are signed up for the run Saturday.

One last thing on the chair thing while I think of it. If you’re doing the 5k have a bit of patience with us at the start. It’s not a bad uphill but that shot around Matterhorn is still technically an uphill and going from zero to moving on an incline means we might take a second to get rolling

(This is also why a lot of us skip some character stops on course. Too tricky and difficult to stay in line and get moving again. Ie chip and dale right before the turn to Epcot at Springtime 23 I had to skip while it wasn’t on a bad incline at that point it was on a turn and just technically complicated to stop for)

Also anyone curious about what we do for characters who are on the grass or in some other spot we can’t get into line. Usually we talk to a CM at an appropriate point explaining that the line isn’t accessible to us for whatever reason (grass is the common issue but also one year they put the Incredibles line on a sidewalk me and a friend couldn’t get on.).

We talked about instacart but decided it was easier to just bring food (we are special diet but can still get some stuff in supermarkets). But I keep telling everyone that we can just go buy things at cvs

If you look at the tracking doc I uploaded yesterday to this thread, it has some imagery (from WDW) and color-coding on the time stamps that shows what the light will be doing when you hit the castle. It's @DopeyBadger coding so I trust it!
