PHOTOS FYI --- A while back someone asked about buying PhotoPass for photos in the park (to be taken during park hours). "Currently" at Disneyland, the purchase of Genie+ gets you free PhotoPass, but like WDW, it is possible it will sell out and must be either purchased with your ticket, or you will have to wait until you enter the park, during park hours, to add it. I suggest having one member of your party purchase it with their ticket if possible, then as long as you're together you can get photos without worrying about a "per photo" purchase.

Good idea- I think this is going to be a big problem- runners entering the park at 11am and planning to buy genie for their pics and finding it sold out.

So I just took my kids snow tubing. Being a fun mom, I say I’ll go down one time. Crashed into the ski shack stairs and trash can, scraped my face, huge bruise on my shin and I twisted my back and can hardly walk. I’m only two hours in and imagine tomorrow is gonna suck… but I’m really hoping this is a short injury.

I was at least one of the people that asked. According to the online guide, another option besides Genie+ is the "Disney PhotoPass+ One Day" offering. I'm only going to the park one day, so that option will definitely apply to me.

For WDW I know we hit the bottom + sign and pick "Shop Memory Maker" to get it - which I've not seen on the Disneyland App. The sites I saw saying the one day is $20 were from 2021 ... ? Do you know where to find that on the App for Disneyland?

For WDW I know we hit the bottom + sign and pick "Shop Memory Maker" to get it - which I've not seen on the Disneyland App. The sites I saw saying the one day is $20 were from 2021 ... ? Do you know where to find that on the App for Disneyland?

This is what I found online. I haven't gone as far as looking into where to purchase the one day (or when you need to purchase it) but I assume it's online and anything on the app will redirect you to your internet browser. I have G+ for the 10k and half, but a non park day for the 5k. Not sure if I will be purchasing this. Does anyone know if you are allowed to link multiple bib #'s with this?

I hope everyone has their park reservations. It sounds like Sunday is sold out across the board. I know multiple people who waited and now cannot get reservations, I hope more open.

After my experience in June, I learned the hard way about making your reservations once you know your dates. I had to rearrange my trip because I was lazy. That laziness also meant I had to wait until the last day of my trip to upgrade to Magic Key in anticipation of race weekend.

This time around, I made a reservation each day of my trip. Worst case scenario I can't park hop over to DCA for photos after the Half, but Disneyland is my first priority anyways.

Anyone who has a Magic Key gets automatic download of all photo pass pictures taken. At Disneyland, they are good for 365 days from picture date.

Yep, this is me. And I actually had just added on a day to my tickets for other reasons so we'll see how this goes. I'm pretty nervous/upset/whatever but also it is what it is.

I contacted photopass last week - this is what they said:

We offer several different products that allow you to receive your digital downloads from Disneyland Resort®.

  • Available for purchase after your visit through the Disneyland® App (iOS and Android)
• Disney PhotoPass+ One Week - $78.00
  • Available for purchase before or after your visit on the Disneyland® website

Gotcha. The spreadsheet calculates your timing for landmarks along the course by that corral placement, so I'm putting in that you'll start at the front of A. If you happen to be pretty far in front of A, just know you'll be hitting those markers a little ahead of what the estimates say.
