hi guys I wonder if anyone can offer me some advice. I will be travelling to Los Angeles in the first week of April 2017 and we wanted to spend 2 days at Disneyland at the beginning of that week. Am I crazy. Will it be stupid busy and not enjoyable? Am travelling from Germany and unfortunately my dates are not changeable. Any thought or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It might not be too bad, since you are not there the week before or after Easter. Have a great time!

My girlfriend and I went in March of 2015 during the height of Spring Break season because thats the only time we could manage. It was my first and to this day only trip to Disneyland (though been to WDW many times). We also had 2 days to spend at the parks. I will tell you its certainly doable but planning needs to be considered. We did one park per day each day, and made it for rope drop both days. The mornings were very important because thats when we could focus on attractions. The first few hours would be kind of a mad dash as far as getting in line for things and getting fast passes. By the afternoon it was extremely crowded so then it was just a matter of finding something we thought was worth it and taking the wait in line. Or also it offered a chance to relax and take everything in. Either way I can't recommend Disneyland enough and even with the crowds I can't imagine anything but a fantastic time coming your way! Hope you have a magical time!

I'm planning an early April trip because I'm expecting the Disney California Food & Wine Festival will be going on then. So that's a plus! :)
