Kaceeb - glad to hear you finally have a tracking number as this is proof that something has actually been sent. I'd trust Disney over that agency. My mom has been an agent forever and if her agency did something like this they'd be sending you some type of gift!

Me too! I checked at work to see if there was an update and now, after being home awhile, I thought there would be some info to let us all know. I am stressed and it isn't even my vacation.

I'm so sorry guys! I had a ton of running around to do yesterday and when I went to get online my computer wouldn't cooperate!! (It's old and we're trying to keep it alive for just a little bit longer-lol) I feel bad for keeping you in such suspense! I'm sorry! The good news is that we did finally get them! They came early yesterday morning and boy was it a relief! We are leaving tomorrow and I am so excited! I can't wait to tell the boys! They are going to FREAK out! Thank you for all your well wishes, advice, support and thoughts! See you when we get back!

While the agent was very nice throughout the whole thing, No, I won't be using her again. Too bad her agency had to make her look bad.

As for TAs, I simply booked through Costco Travel online, and the documents were sent directly to me from Disney. Easy peasy. Every other trip I just do it myself.

This was my first time using an agent. I thought it'd be easier and less stressful..... I'm know everyone's first experience isn't like mine, I just think it's a little ironic. (I can laugh now that things are okay. ) Anyway, do you have to have a membership to costco to book through them?

Thanks DizNee! I actually hadn't heard about the LGMH but I did a search and will stop by home depot tomorrow! You could probably also spot us by my husbands flaming red hair, mine and DS1 dark brown hair and my two youngests blonde heads.
