I've lost 16 lbs so far, and am working really hard on my food intake and exercise to lose another 49 lbs, which will put my BMI within the "acceptable" range to be a live liver donor for my mom!![]()

I thought I'd pop in over here to let you know that I signed up for the 2010 Disneyland Half Marathon.
For the last 4 years I have wanted to do this but I keep making excuses or things get in the way but I have decided that 2010 is my year meaning I'm doing things for ME!
I just paid the fee ($120) and they don't offer refunds so I can't back out now.![]()
I am not a runner at all, in fact I really don't like itbut I've got months to train and I know I can do it.

Me either. I detest plain water. Try adding some of those Crystal Light packets to it.Okay, so you all know, I didn't drink diet pop all day today like usual. I just had 2 cups of iced green tea. I know it's not plain water, but I'm just not a plain water type of gal.![]()

I think I've found a healthy diet that works for me, but only time will tell.
I've noticed that my clothes are fitting better, and my pants are starting to get loose.Plus, I'm feeling healthier and have more energy.

That's smart. Probably keep you full unlike myself who waits too long between meals and ends up overeating.I've just started doing smaller meals throughout the day. I never really understood it before, but I think I've found a healthy balance. Mix that with exercise and and instead of gaining weight, I'm losing it. I've also cut most of my sugar intake.But like I said, only time will tell if it's working.
I can't WAIT for that feeling. I remember the pants I have NOW being so lose they were almost falling OFF and now yesterday they were super tight. UGH! BUT it gives me motivation to lose!
