So I went to the gym yesterday.
and weighed myself.
I gained 8lbs in the past 1.5-2 months of bad eating and not exercising. I did my 30 minute cardio session yesterday but I don't know if I'll be going today because of family. I'll go tomorrow and on Monday I'll be doing Disneyland healthy style.

I was down 4#'s this weekThe jacuzzi has been really helping my back and the swimming has helped for exercise. I drank more water for the challenge thing and have been making a lot of yogurt/berry smoothies for breakfast. You know something interesting-- I found that the jets in the jacuzzi really help my stomach also. I don't know if it's because I'm hungry, stomach's shrinking or the exercises I'm doing for physical therapy but my stomach's been all knotted up like it would get for stress. Anyways, I'm really happy, I've lost 9 pounds since I started about a month ago.
