Happy Saturday!

Made it to the gym today for 1hour exercise class. Then was with the boys for the last soccer game of the season. Not planning much for this weekend, other than resting and catching up on chores. And maybe a trip to the lego store.

I finally weighed in today and I'm up 5.5lbs in three weeks. During these past three weeks I only really exercised two days. I'm back on track now! Hopefully I can shed those 5.5lbs in two weeks.

So I adjusted my weight loss ticker because I need to be honest with you guys and myself.

Happy Monday Ladies!

I'm feeling so overwhelmed lately. I think I need a trip to Disneyland! Fortunately, our APs remain expired, so there will be no foolish trips down South. But I am so ready for a little escape.

Ate pretty bad this weekend. I did exercise, though. So hopefully that helped. I hope the rest of you are feeling a little more on top of your game than I am.

It's been a busy day. My kids are off today and tomorrow for the Veteran's Day holiday. Noelle and I went out grocery shopping and $380 later, I am broke and tired and stressed and ready for something bad for me!!! LOL

How come I'm sensing that people aren't feeling too jazzed about their "lose weight and get healthy" programs lately? Maybe because no one is ever on this board? Ladies...where are you? Are you all plugging along, doing very well, but just not able to post? I hope so! The most challenging part of the season is approaching, when dark days and fattening foods beckon' us to snack and lie the couch for comfort and relaxation. The new year will be here before we know it and it's up to us where we will be in meeting our goals.

Ladies...let us know how you are doing!

I haven't lost any more weight. Last week I ate huge mess of junk food and I felt guilty joining in on this board, because of it. The weather is getting cooler and it's making the pig in me come out and play. Oink Oink!

Hopefully I can get back on track soon!

Wendy, I think you are right. When people have been doing "bad" they tend to stay away from this thread or anything to do with weight loss.

But ladies, that's when we need this the most!!!! That's what we are here for is support!! No one here is perfect, no one is expected to be. It's a battle for me every single day, and it always will be. Sometimes I can resist temptation, sometimes not. But I love knowing I can come here and no matter what, I won't be alone.

Hang in there ladies!!! We can SO do this!! :yay: :hug:
 
I am not being bad...I just have been neglecting this thread. You all are doing awesome. I have not weighed myself in about a week. I am the same. I need to get busy on the exercise. Now that I am on ChaCha every spare moment I have, I have not been exercising. I do like to take a 30 minute walk at lunch...I don't really count that though since I try not to get sweaty.:rotfl:

I hear ya on the exercise and ChaCha thing. I spend way too much time on my booty. Not a good thing. I never did like exercise though. That's my hardest struggle right now, getting motivated to get moving!!
 
I'm not exercising today because I'm SO tired from yesterday and I don't like working out two days in a row. I think I'll work out MWF. That way I don't burn out.

My eating has been splendid today and I have drunk 4/8 cups of water.

That's all for now, I have chores to do.

Well, I talked to my trainer yesterday. I wasn't able to go to the session because my son was sick. But I guess I have a running training schedule again, so I'm going to be kicking up my running a few notches! Time for me to get back on the exercise bandwagon. Let's get moving ladies!! :cheer2:

Ugh, I did SO bad this week. The boss brought in a box of full size candy bars from Costco, and I couldn't resist. :sad2: Oh well, lesson learned, I need to start work on resisting a whole candy bar and move on down to the mini size ones and eventually I hope to kick the habit of eating sweet chocolaty goodness so frequently.
 
I have eaten pretty well so far this week. I need to go to the gym today and tomorrow to make sure I have exercised at least 3x this week. I brought my lunch again :cool1: It's really hard for me to get up and make lunch instead of buying food so I'm really proud of myself.

Today I have a half sandwhich on wheat bread and light, beef pot roast stew (only 160 calories for the whole can!). I might buy a diet coke or diet energy drink cause I'm starting to feel shleepy. I stayed up late to watch 300 online (for free:thumbsup2 ).

Hopefully I will see a loss this week.

I got my new training program today. Party is OVER and workouts are starting up in full force. I'm scheduled to run 6 days a week, with speed workouts and long runs, weight lifting twice a week and I can do cross training like pilates and yoga on top of that if I want. No break on Thanksgiving. No break on Christmas. Time to kick it up a notch!!!
