I've fallen off as the wagon as well and I'm having a really hard time catching up with it. I've tried to get motivated to get to the gym, but work has been an emotional drain. Last week there were layoffs (luckily I made it through) but it has been a really weird vibe in the building and trying to figure out all the new projects that we now will be responsible for is mind numbing. Apparently my body needs a good 4 day a week work out to drop any weight. When I don't do it (and don't track) then the weight creaps back.
Last week I gained almost 2lbs. I weigh in tomorrow but of course today I'm starting to bloat (Kwim?) JUST PERFECT TIMING.
I'm going to really try and do better this week and hit the gym at least three times. The only good thing that I have done these last couple of weeks is to keep up with the long walks on the weekend. We did 4 miles on both Saturday and Sunday.
