Very cool stuff to know. As we get to DLR at least once a year, but haven't made it out to WDW in about 20 years, we frequently get the "its bigger and better" speech, so it'll be good to know what to focus on when we do go in 2012. At the moment, I'm contemplating just skimming through Magic Kingdom and mostly focusing on Epcot/Hollywood/Animal Kingdom in that order when we fly that far ...

Depending on when you go its really important to figure out ahead of time which parks on what days - the crowd shifts in FL are kind of bizarre, but there are some general rules to help get the most out of each park. If you go during Star Wars Weekends - reseach alot and figure out what you want to do as Studios gets nuts, but is super fun. If its Food & Wine - Epcot is a zoo on the weekends.

WDW is bigger - yes, better - in some ways, but DLR is better in others. I think most people who say its bigger and better are ones that don't get to DLR very often or went once as a child 30 years ago. Or maybe we've just been to WDW too much that battling the crowds (even in off season) just makes it less impressive to us.
