Disneyland Dining Reservation Questions

I probably know the answer to this already, but I just wanted to make sure. At the 60 day mark, do they release the dining reservations one day at a time like the park reservations? Or do they release them for your length of stay (Like DW)? Also, what time do they release the reservations? I have read 3am pst (6am est) but I also read that the time might fluctuate. Thanks!

60 days out only. No extension for the length of your trip. Reservations are released at 9am est.
