Disneyland/DCA Restaurant Hours?

I've searched the boards and I've found complete menus of all of the restaurants in Disneyland and DCA, but I cannot find anywhere that lists the times of Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner at the restaurants.

Do any of you know if the restaurant hours are posted somewhere?

We're preparing our call to set up our Priority Seating reservations, but I'd like to have my times all picked out prior to calling and having the breakdown of B/L/D would be very helpful, if they are posted somewhere.
