Disneyland Chef?

I tried using the search on here and google searching. I remember a while ago someone writing (I believe it was bumbershoot?) about a chef you could contact to work with you for vegetarians, etc. Does anyone have their contact number?

I'd call Disney Dining and ask to be put through to the chef in charge of food allergies and issues. Using the phone numbers from the Disneyland/gluten free site, I could never get through to anyone.

I'm not sure if it's the same Chef, but Chef Chris is who you talk to if you have food allergies. It may be the same one. He doesn't answer his phone though, you have to leave a voice mail and he calls you back.
