Disneyland Calendar accuracy

When is the online Disneyland official calendar finalized?
I'm going with someone to a conference at the Disneyland Hotel. The conference agenda lists a special ticketed event to Disneyland one night. It mentions Tomorrowland so not California Adventure. That same day on the Disneyland calendar it shows a ticketed event at DCA. The Disneyland hours don't match the conference agenda either.
It's only 3 weeks away and it's killing me that I don't know if the conference agenda is wrong or the online Disneyland calendar is wrong. I want to at least know which park it is!

I don't think the calendar is ever officially "finalized". It's possible for Disney, for example, to change the hours of operation (or a parade) even just a few days away. I've had that happen to me.

As far as your event, I would probably go with what your conference agenda shows. It's possible the event you see is another event and yours isn't listed yet, or they will change it eventually.

3 weeks away? The even listed is probably a Grad Night, there is on the 12th I think.
