I'm headed to Disneyland at the end of the month, and just got my tickets in the mail this week. The actual tickets expire on 1/13/2019. I scanned them into the Disneyland App trying to be organized, and the app says they are valid through 8/24/2017. We don't use them for the first time until after that - should I be concerned? Freaking out just a little. I'm sorry if this has been covered, I searched and didn't find anything. Thank you!!

My understanding is that day will age forward another day each day until you use them.

I have no experience on this, but I think the response above is correct. Several people have posted about this issue and they reported that the expiration date moves forward one day at a time until you use the tickets the first time.

Yes they age forward every day so nothing to worry about! Mine started out expiring August 10th when I first linked them and today it says they expire August 24th.

Yep, mine too! Don't worry. Each day the unused tickets get forwarded one day. I wish they would fix this glitch in the app though. It got me all worked up and I had to call Disney relations to make sure I hadn't accidentally activated my park ticket. He acted like he fielded 50 of those same questions a day :rotfl:
